The original Kiehl’s Pharmacy is a historical, family founded store located at New York City’s East Village on Pear Tree Corner at 109 Third Avenue. This long standing New York Institution began by supplying pharmaceutical tonics and medicinal salves culled from natural ingredients. Since the last 160 years Kiehl’s has generated fiercely loyal customers by developing unique and efficacious formulations and by providing outstanding service to the community.
Product Formulation Philosophy
Kiehl’s uses only select, natural ingredients of the finest quality so as to ensure the high caliber of skin and hair care that customers deserve. All products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind and minimal preservatives are used. Kiehl’s does not ever test products on animals. Lastly, Kiehl’s uses only simple, efficient, recyclable packaging so that it may concentrate all efforts and costs on what is truly important: the substance and quality of the products.
